Astrodamus Help
Astrodamus builds a birth chart right in your browser. The math runs on your device with the Swiss Ephemeris, results are checked against the ZET 9 desktop program, and the app works on phones and computers alike.
This guide is split into short pages, one per section or menu. The table of contents is on the left (on a phone, tap “Contents” at the top), and the search box in the header searches every page.
Where to start
- Open astrodamus.net and fill in the form: date, time, city. Details are on Your first chart.
- Click “Build chart”. The wheel appears under the form, with tables and sections below it.
- Tap any planet on the wheel to read its interpretation (The chart wheel).
- Scroll down to “Personal forecast” to see the week or month ahead for your chart (Personal forecast).
Beginner and Pro
The app starts in Beginner mode: the main sections and a simple wheel. Once you sign in, you can switch to Pro in the menu, which adds about thirty more tools. Pages about those tools carry a Pro badge. More on Beginner and Pro modes.
The “?” buttons in the app
Section headings in the app have a small round “?” next to them. It opens the help page for that section in a new tab, so your chart stays where it was.
If something goes wrong
Start with Troubleshooting. Common questions are in the FAQ, and terms are explained in the glossary.
